Unfortunately the Rewards Program we were promised to run effortlessly, with regular notifications and automatic cash in of rewards points, has failed to deliver.  Instead it has been confusing to you, the customer, with no awareness of the points you have accrued to take advantage of before they expired, and labor intensive for the staff.  Consequently we are discontinuing the program on April 15, 2008 to allow customers time to use any available points before the program ends.  After this time the points will not be available for cash in rewards. 

We are looking for a viable solution to reward you, our customer.
